AAI Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
Candidates who submit their AAI Junior Executive
Application forms must pass each level indicated below in order to be
considered for the positions. The selection process will include an online
examination, application verification, a computer literacy test, a physical
measurement and endurance test, and a driving test (as relevant for the
position).

AAI Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern
The AAI Recruitment 2023 Junior Executive Exam Pattern is detailed in the table below. The AAI Junior Executive ATC Exam has no negative grading.

2. 2. The online test is divided into four sections: English Language, General

3. 3. Each section of the exam lasts 120 minutes.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Syllabus
To do well in the test,
applicants must study according to the suggested AAI Junior Executive Syllabus.
The online test has four sections: English Language, General Intelligence/
Reasoning, General Aptitude/ Numerical Aptitude, and General Knowledge. Part B's
test level will be determined by your graduation level. Applicants preparing

AAI Junior Executive Salary
The salary scale for the AAI
Junior Executive position is shown in the table below. Candidates shortlisted
for AAI Junior Executive positions would be granted Dearness Allowance, Perks @
35% of Basic Pay, HRA, and other perks such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security
Schemes, Medical perks, and so on, as per AAI norms. The annual CTC for the job
of Junior Executive would be about Rs. 13 lakhs, Rs. 11.5 lakhs for the post of
Senior Assistant, and Rs. 10 lakhs for the post of Junior Assistant.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Admit Card
Candidates who apply for AAI
Recruitment 2023 will receive an AAI Recruitment 2023 Admit Card for the online
test. The admission card will contain all of the relevant information for the
exam day, such as the exam location, venue, reporting time, and other facts.
Candidates must use their registration number and password created during
registration to download their AAI Admit Card.
AAI Recruitment 2023 Result
The names of the applicants who
pass the Online Test will be published on the official website
https://aai.aero/ as AAI Junior Executive Result 2023. Each stage's results
will be issued individually in PDF format, notifying the names of the
individuals who have been shortlisted for the next step of the recruiting
