A 27-year-old YouTuber was inactive for cruelty against animals once he uploaded a video, showing his pet dog floating within the air with element gas balloons tied to its collar, police aforementioned on Thursday.
The defendant, Gaurav Sharma, who has 4.15 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, may be a resident of Panchsheel Vihar in south Delhi's Malviya Nagar, they said.

A case was lodged against Sharma underneath section 188 (disobedience to order punctually published by public servant) of the Indian legal code, the Disaster Management Act and relevant sections of the interference of Cruelty to Animal Act on the grievance of Gaurav Gupta, a member of ‘People for Animals Society’, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Atul Kumar Thakur aforementioned, adding the footage was deleted.
After receiving criticism for the video, the defendant uploaded another one with apologies consecutive day.
He aforementioned that he took adequate safety measures whereas shooting the video that includes his pet dog, Dollar, and warranted his viewers that he wouldn't repeat it within the future.
