Easy Way to Sum Multiple Totals at Once

This lesson will show you the simplest way to perform several totals (subtotals) simultaneously. To use this technique to finish your work quickly, simply follow the instructions below: 


Step 1 -  You need to Select the columns







Step 2 - Go to find & Select


Step 3 - Go to Special



Step - 4 Go to Blanks

                                           



Step - 5 Press OK, Automatically Excel select blank columns


 

Step 6 - Go to AutoSum & Sum



Step 7 - Done, You may view the total sums in the picture below.
